An opportunity has arisen for a detail-focused Payroll Assistant to join a well-established and values-led organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a part-time position offering hybrid working, with just one day per week required in the Telford office. You'll play a key role in supporting the monthly payroll cycle for both the organisation and its partners - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Input and process payroll data, including statutory payments and pensions Maintain accurate sickness absence records Provide administrative support across payroll functions, including letters, reports, and user guides Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers Assist with ad hoc payroll and HR projects About You: Previous experience in a payroll or busy admin environment Understanding of statutory payroll calculations and relevant legislation Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident working with Excel and handling confidential data Strong payroll systems skills Why Apply?
