Franchise Development Manager for Accident Repair Group
Location: East Midlands
Basic Salary: circa £42,500, plus bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
This is a national role, and my client is looking for someone based in the East Midlands. Our client is a large Accident Repair / Smart Repair Group, who are represented all across the UK. They are looking for a Franchise Development Manager to drive the business forward.
The Franchise Development Manager role is responsible for expanding the company’s franchise network by identifying and recruiting new franchisees. This includes developing marketing strategies to generate leads, supporting existing franchisees to enhance their business performance, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees. The role will also involve delivering and/or organizing technical training and support to the wider business network.

Ideal Candidate:
* Extensive SMART repair and Alloy Wheel Repair Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
* Experience in franchise development, lead generation, and relationship management, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong organizational and time management skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and leads
2. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new franchisees
3. Maintain regular communication with current franchise owners to provide support and motivation
4. Organize training sessions and workshops to ensure franchisees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
5. Oversee the recruitment process, including screening candidates and conducting interviews
6. Collaborate with other departments to align franchise development strategies with overall business goals
7. Monitor franchise performance and provide guidance to improve operational efficiency and profitability
8. Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and franchise performance for management review
This is a fantastic opportunity with a leading company. It is a national role with a large company, so there will be extensive travel involved, with overnight stays as required.
