Salary: 60,000 - 60,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Expertise in Microsoft 365, including tenant administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure Active Directory, Intune and Endpoint Manager.
* Strong understanding of Conditional Access Policies, Advanced Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, Identity and Access Management, Firewalls, and Network routing and switching.
* Experience with additional 3rd party security stack technology.
* Proven ability to manage and resolve complex incidents in a logical and methodical manner.
* Strong communication skills to express ideas and information clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Service Desk team and provide technical guidance.
* Act as the ultimate point of escalation for complex incidents.
* Define and maintain the technical Business As Usual (BAU) stack.
* Implement proactive monitoring and ensure client security.
* Manage and resolve incoming incidents professionally over the phone and via email.
* Take ownership of incidents and manage them end-to-end, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
* Accurately log incidents, categorizing and prioritizing them according to service operations procedures.
* Conduct thorough diagnostics with end-users for first point of contact fault resolution.
* Monitor incident status and progress using the provided logging system.
