We are seeking to recruit a Consultant in Respiratory and General Medicine and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer, who will embed themselves as a practising clinician at NCIC, but also spend part of their time working collaboratively to help develop and eventually deliver teaching in Respiratory Medicine at PCSM. Main duties of the job This is a joint post between NCIC and PCSM, which will enable the postholder to develop a career both in medical education alongside clinical practice. At PCSM, you will be working as the Subject Lead for Respiratory, developing and delivering the curriculum, from the anatomy, pathophysiology and clinical skills to the design of suitable clinical placements across the Cumbria region. The post involves out-patient and in-patient duties and a regular commitment to both in-reach into the medical admissions unit and on-call for general medicine.
