You'll be working alongside teachers and therapists to help create personalised learning plans for each student. Your role will involve supporting students both in the classroom and during one-on-one sessions, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting students with SEMH and ASC needs by delivering tailored learning strategies Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons Promoting students' emotional and social growth, helping them develop confidence and resilience Working closely with teachers, parents, and therapists to ensure students receive consistent support Contributing to school life, from helping in classrooms to joining in on extracurricular activities and school events Who You Are: You're someone who genuinely cares about making a difference in children's lives.
