Dive in as a hands-on engineer, troubleshooting equipment alongside assemblers.
Design tooling, fixtures, and processes to skyrocket quality and efficiency.
Drive lean manufacturing and 5S systems to revolutionize productivity.
Partner with teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability and flawless production.

Qualifications: BSc/HNC in engineering (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven expertise in manufacturing engineering, lean principles, and data-driven problem-solving.
Skills: Mastery of materials, mechanics, and processes (CNC, forging, assembly). Advanced Excel and ERP skills
