Our growing, busy client in Gloucester is currently looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
Full training will be provided but a background in office working is preferable. In return you will benefit from free parking, and a small, friendly team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and manage incoming calls to the office.
- Coordinate schedules, including arranging meetings and phone calls.
- Provide support in drafting and preparing written communications, such as reports, emails, and official documents.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring databases are accurate and files are well-organized.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of invoices while tracking payments.
- Communicate regularly with external partners, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor office inventory, ensuring that stock, stationery, and general supplies are replenished as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as they arise.

Hours: Up to 25 hours per week, daily attendance Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £25,100 per annum (pro rata)
