Role Summary Essential tasks will include day-to-day managing and maintaining of JIRA/Kanban boards ensuring agreed objectives are met and new initiatives are not lost. Contributing to the design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of reporting and analytic solutions. The role will be required to be proactive in terms of responding to issues, engaging in capacity planning exercises, collaborating across the technical teams as well as with non-technical teams. Managing challenging conversations confidently with stakeholders and transform actionable tasks into agreed objectives. Creating workflows and process mappings; Ensuring the knowledge is shared and understood by all concerns. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in defining business requirements, driving projects to ensure objectives are met in the given timeframe. Liaising with key stakeholders and BI developers on all reporting needs. Managing expectations and delivery to all concerns. Adding value across all relevant projects, programmes, and other business unit needs. Bringing a consistent, quality driven and best practice approach around reporting requirements. Experience of supporting delivery of quality reporting solutions. Experience of creating and managing workflows, process mappings, user documentations. Experience of communicating with both technical and non-technical IT users. Experience of transforming business requirements into actionable tasks. Experience of managing agreed objectives with BI developers. Experience of managing customer expectations. Experience of providing technical support for reporting tools. Experience of data quality management methodologies. Experience of data migration processes. Desirable but not essential Knowledge of MS SSDT. Specifically, SSMS, SSRS, and SSIS. Knowledge of Visual Studio. Knowledge of AZURE. Knowledge of SFTP environment. Knowledge of APIs. Knowledge of data quality management methodologies, measurement of data health and identification, development, and implementation validation rule.
