About the role
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join the Performance and Delivery Team within the Department of Corporate Core services. In this role you will be supporting the team to manage data and performance reporting for multiple datasets to drive forward continuous improvement within the council.
You will work within the adult social care team where the work will include collating data, updating regular performance reports, managing inboxes, and general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have, skills in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams and also good written, verbal and visual communication skills. You will need an eye for details and good organisation skills to be able to work in a busy team that strives for continuous improvement.
The post is fixed term for 12 months to provide extra capacity to support the team leaders maternity leave. You will work alongside another Performance Assistant and be part of a matrix management arrangement with the Head of Performance and Delivery and the Data and Intelligence Analyst for Adult Social Care.
The role is based in the Bury Campus across Bury Town Hall and 6KP offices.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
