Job Description
As a Digital Business Expert, you are responsible for identifying and driving improvements on our digital platforms to deliver business value. You work closely with the implementation of new features on our digital platforms, supporting backlog prioritisation, setting user stories and managing process change.
The role is within the area of the business that holds and enables the flow of product information and assets to our global platforms. Products should be fully enriched with quality product data that powers exceptional digital experiences. You are a natural point of contact; you collaborate with teams across the business to learn of needs and challenges whilst creating an understanding of the purpose of your area and what it aims to achieve.
What you will do:
1. Drive the vision and direction of the digital product and asset area to stakeholders across the business
2. Increase the speed of products to our website that are fully enriched with quality product data and assets
3. Enable the automation of product enrichment on our PIM system
4. Secure data and taxonomy across the product catalogue that supports SEO and buying beliefs
5. Identify, drive and roll out improvements to our digital platforms to build customer and business value
6. Support the prioritisation of new features to our digital platforms
7. Using business knowledge, help to define user stories and requirements for new features
8. Collaborate with teams across the business to learn of needs and challenges.
9. Ensure new features and processes meet intended expectations by performing UAT and training teams
10. Support the resolution and prevention of incidents on our digital platforms
11. Track and share the performance of KPI results within the digital product and asset area

What you need to succeed:
12. Previous experience as a Business Expert (or similar role) in a digital retail environment.
13. Experience working with PIM systems and E-Commerce platforms beneficial
14. Good understanding of SEO
15. Proficient Excel skill
16. Experience with web analytic tools beneficial (Google Analytics)
17. Exceptional organisational and problem-solver skills
18. Process driven and customer centric
19. Strategic thinker and results driven
20. Strong stakeholder management & collaboration experience
Additional Information
This is a full-time temporary 12-month contract to start in August 2024, based at our Head Office in London.
