Your new company A dynamic and innovative manufacturing company specialising in high-quality food products, is seeking a dedicated Temporary Credit Controller to support its finance team. The company is committed to excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable ledger. Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email, and letter within agreed timescales. Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity. Regularly review aged debt reports and take appropriate action to recover overdue amounts. Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes. Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers. Assist in the preparation of credit notes and adjustments. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve queries and disputes. Provide regular updates to the Finance Manager on the status of outstanding debts. Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to credit control.
