We ensure that governments who are requesting data are in support of their criminal investigations through legal orders follow due process, striking a balance between fighting cybercrime and protecting customer data.
We provide solutions to demonstrate that the client is in compliance with cybersecurity practices in support of government and industry customers.
Our CSTE Reliability and Quality team is growing. We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team and help deliver on our vision of creating a safer digital experience for every person and organization on the planet, which in turn, promotes trust.
As part of the CSTE Reliability and Quality team, you will work with other leaders, engineers, and stakeholders to design, build, and modernize critical innovative and scalable tools using cutting-edge strategies and state-of-the-art cloud technologies.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating secure, stable, scalable, and reliable solutions, leveraging cloud computing to build capabilities to enable our business stakeholders to execute on our shared vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program Management: Oversee end-to-end program lifecycles for product management and data analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Product Management: Drive product management best practices and standards to promote excellence across product development and data analytics programs.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that data analytics solutions meet business needs.
• Data Analytics: Utilize tools such as Power BI and Kusto to analyse data, create visual reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to integrate data analytics measures into development and operational processes.
• Reporting & Analytics: Utilize tools such as Power BI and Kusto to track program metrics, create visual reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• ADO Administration: Manage and configure Azure DevOps (ADO) projects, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless integration with other tools and processes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in program management within product management and data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL (KQL would be a plus), Power BI, and other visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with solutions developed using cloud technologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) project management and configuration.
• Experience with automated test/quality frameworks
• Knowledge of security and Security Development Lifecycle processes.
Nice to Have:
• Proficiency in KQL
• TPM experience managing Agile projects
• Understanding of Cybersecurity principles
