Contact Centre Sales Manager We are recruiting for one of our favourite clients in York, the award winning GREAT RAIL JOURNEYS. Due to expansion and internal promotion, a full time, permanent opportunity has become available to work as part of the management team as a Contact Centre Sales Manager. The purpose of this position is to lead, manage and develop the Sales team to maximise conversion rate of every telephone enquiry whilst providing a world-class level of customer experience at all times. As the Contact Centre Sales Manager you will be: Improving capability and motivation within the team through one to ones, coaching, feedback, development and empowerment. Driving a performance and customer focused culture Creating and driving a high performing, motivational sales environment, ensuring the team are energised to achieve their targets and deliver a great customer experience. Collaborating with teams across the business to ensure operational excellence and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. Managing and fostering relationships with suppliers and third parties. Providing accurate and timely reporting to support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions. Embodying and promoting a one team approach across the business and being a part of the on-call team on a rota basis In addition to the above, the role of Contact Centre Sales Manager also requires you to have the following: Proven experience of leading teams to achieve sales targets in a contact centre environment. Proven experience of improving the customer experience. Driven to achieve sales targets and able to motivate others to achieve. A customer-first mentality with the ability to inspire this within their team and across the business. A resilient, positive and personable approach. A calm and confident approach to problem solving & experience of building strong relationships with suppliers and third parties.
