Your mission
As a Project Manager at Allsaved, you will lead the development and implementation of multiple projects within the ScottishPower Security and Fire Capital Investment Programme. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these projects align with ScottishPower's strategic objectives, budgets, and goals, delivering high-quality security and fire system solutions across various sites.

Job Description:In this role, you will:
* Oversee the management, coordination, execution, and completion of security and fire system installations and upgrades at diverse locations, including offices, power stations, substations, and wind farms.
* Develop comprehensive project specifications and Health and Safety documentation.
* Participate in bid assessments and tender selection processes.
* Lead project planning, establish timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Allocate resources effectively, adhering to our standard project management frameworks and methodologies.
* Maintain continuous communication with site managers and Security and Fire Liaison Officers (SFLOs) during project execution.
* Develop detailed project plans using established templates.
* Manage project budgets and coordinate contractor resources efficiently.
* Collaborate closely with the Programme Manager, Head of Projects, Head of Technical, Fire Manager, and the Performance and Contract Manager.
* Monitor project deliverables using appropriate tools and report progress to the Programme Manager.
* Ensure all projects comply with Health and Safety regulations, representing the company concerning CDM regulations.

Your profile
To excel in this position, you should have:
* A solid understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
* Proven experience and knowledge of applicable Health and Safety legislation, including CDM Regulations.
* Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.
* Direct experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
* Demonstrated expertise in people management, risk management, and change management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including MS Project 2010 Standard.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
