My client, a global business within the energy industry, is looking for a new customer service advisor to join their ever growing team!
Working as a Customer Services Advisor within our Metering team you will be responsible for resolving complex billing and metering queries. You will consult with our service providers regularly to provide weekly reports to our customers. As part of your role, you will:
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and effectively, whether communicated through email or over the phone.
* Display flexibility and a proactive mindset in managing a diverse customer base, ensuring that service levels remain high even when juggling multiple tasks and adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
* Excel in a customer relations capacity, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including those within the company and external partners, contributing to a cohesive business environment.
To be considered for this role:
- Previous experience of working within a Customer Service environment (1 Year +)
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office applications including analysing excel based data
- Industry knowledge (preferred)
