Design Bespoke Insurance Programs: Structure policies that align with each companys stagewhether theyre launching, scaling, or preparing for regulatory approval. Highlight Gaps in Cover: Identify risks that fast-moving MedTech businesses may not have considered. Navigate Complex Global Policies: Many MedTech firms operate internationallyensure compliance and robust coverage across jurisdictions. Act as a Strategic Partner: Help clients understand risk beyond insuranceoffering insights that support their growth and resilience. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with MedTech market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes. What Were Looking For: At least 3 years of commercial insurance broking experience, ideally in a Senior Handler/Advisor or Account Executive role. Strong knowledge of core coverages Professional Indemnity, Medical Malpractice, Public & Products Liability, Employers Liability, Cyber, and Business Interruption. Passion for working with innovative, high-growth businesses. Confidence in advising founders, investors, and executive teams tailoring insurance discussions to their unique needs. A natural problem-solver, able to think on your feet and anticipate challenges. Cert CII qualification an advantage, but willing to work towards. Acturis experience is a plus. Why Join?
