Standard Procedures Implementation : Ensure consistent application of standard procedures. Project Handover and Defect Management : Manage the project handover process. Ensure defect-free completion and manage defects during the defect period. Continuous Improvement : Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Essential and Desirable Criteria: Proven track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project. Ability to manage costs, timing, and quality in line with targets. Efficient use of staff and resources. Accurate interpretation of contract documents, programs, drawings, and technical specifications. Understanding and appropriately sharing build programs. Ability to manage teams, including supply chain, direct employees, and consultants. Possession of an appropriate CSCS card.
