Denroy Group Limited Commercial Executive Internal and External Location: Denroy Limited, Balloo Drive, Bangor, BT19 7QY (Office-Based Role) Department: Commercial Department Reporting to: Business Development Manager Weekly paid hours: 37.5 hours Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 hrs -17:00 hrs, Friday 08:00 hrs-1330 hrs Denroy are recruiting for a Commercial Executive who will be pivotal in helping achieve the companys growth targets over the coming years. The role will cover all sectors that Denroy works in with particular focus on the Aerospace, Defence and Medical sectors. Denroys sectors include: Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Medical, General, Haircare, PPE Details of the post Reporting to Denroys Business Development Manager, the Commercial Executive will be pivotal in the growth of Denroy. The role will offer a brilliant opportunity to develop within a Sales & Business Development position. Operating with a high level of autonomy, this person will assist and support in the delivery of objectives outlined in Denroys Growth Strategy. Duties of the role include: Work with members of Denroys Leadership Team to develop and deliver Denroys growth strategy. Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers. Develop existing accounts. Onboard new customers in line with Denroys Commercial Strategy. Working with Business Development Manager and Chief Commercial Officer, ensure that production capacity plans and sales pipeline are well aligned. Work with industry partners to develop Denroys presence in the market. Work with NPI and Customer Service to onboard new customers and/or new products. Report sales / progress each month to theBusiness Development Manager. Work with theBDM / CCOto generate budget forecasts. Analyse sales vs budget and identify any reasons for increased/decreased sales. Essential Criteria: Evident experience in Customer Service / Account Management. Experience working in Aerospace, Defence or other technically advanced sector in a Sales or Business Development capacity. Failing this, experience in another related industry will be considered. Strong Commercial understanding. Experience generating quotes. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally. Present excellent customer care with a professional attitude. Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point). Willing to travel. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
