E & M Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting an exceptional family-run business in the Pontefract area in appointing an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working in their vibrant office and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all finance duties up to but not including the management accounts.
In order to be successful in securing this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience across all transactional finance duties. This will be a varied role that will incorporate a range of office management responsibilities and general admin. Duties are likely to include:
1. Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
2. Credits and debits
3. Obtaining invoice approval
4. Handling queries
5. Reconciliations
6. Ad hoc office admin duties
The position requires someone to work on-site full-time.
Salary negotiable.
