About the role
Customer Advisor
Full time: 37 hours
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk / Hybrid working optional (when successfully passing your probation period)
As a Customer Advisor at Essex and Suffolk Water, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, dealing with customer queries, taking payments over the phone, and offering guidance and support.
Don’t worry if you do not have Customer Service experience; we have a dedicated training team to support you and ensure you have all the tools you need to be a successful Customer Advisor. You will also receive support and guidance from your colleagues and Team Managers.
About you
Our customers are at the heart of our business. Therefore, our Customer Service Advisors should be positive, empathetic, possess great communication and listening skills, work well as part of a team, and have basic computer skills.
