About the Role
Vouch Global, a leading creative performance agency, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and social media, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of at least three biddable channels - Paid Social, search, SEO, programmatic and native - and will be able to develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed client expectations, driving performance and ROI.
As a key member of the Vouch Global team, the Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and reporting on Paid Search Campaigns, managing multiple projects, timelines and resources simultaneously, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to anticipate potential risks or problems and act proactively to resolve issues, and will have a proven ability to create, maintain and update detailed project plans that drive schedule, resource and client management.

* Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed client expectations, driving performance and ROI.
* Oversee and report on Paid Search Campaigns.
* Manage multiple projects, timelines and resources simultaneously.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
* Anticipate potential risks or problems and act proactively to resolve issues.
* Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
* Deliver projects on time, within scope, ensuring quality standards are met.
* Continuously assess processes and recommend improvements.
* Analyse the success of client campaigns, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence.
* Oversee the project's financial budget, notifying stakeholders of cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by upselling additional services or expanding campaign scope, while consistently delivering value and meeting client objectives.
* Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content, including websites, blogs, press releases, infographics, videos etc.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and generate reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, offering insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns.
* Report on success criteria for projects by measuring results.
* Creation of case studies following the completion of successful campaigns.
* Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to develop effective media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
