Position Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in telecommunications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and technologies, along with exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and deliver telecom projects on schedule, within scope, and to defined quality standards.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Lead project meetings, presenting status updates and facilitating discussions to resolve project issues and roadblocks.
* Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders and senior management.
* Manage project changes, addressing potential impacts and implementing action plans.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry.
* Strong understanding of telecom technologies, systems, and infrastructure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
