The salary for this permanent Physiotherapist job is £35,392 - £42,618 per annum.

Main Duties:
* You will manage your own caseload, ensuring that every client receives personalised, high-quality care.
* Work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the planning, development, and delivery of effective neuro-rehabilitation services.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and set both short- and long-term goals for each client’s rehabilitation.
* Help integrate and monitor treatment programmes in clients' environments, whether it’s therapy support workers or care staff delivering the care.
* Participate in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques. Supervise and guide therapy support workers, ensuring excellence across the team.
* Offer your specialist knowledge in manual handling, wheelchair seating assessments, and casting/splinting when appropriate, working closely with the Occupational Therapy department.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
* You hold a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, with up-to-date HCPC registration.
* You bring post-graduate experience in neuro-rehabilitation or working with clients who have physical or learning disabilities. Knowledge of dysphagia and communication/voice management is a plus.
