We currently have an opportunity to join our Quality, Resource and Transformation service as a Performance Assistant, within Adult Social Care. About this opportunity As Performance Assistant you will play a key part in supporting the implementation of our service’s Performance and Risk Management Framework. This will include collating and preparing good quality, relevant information that can be used by Managers within Adult Social Care to inform evidence based and effective decision making. You will confidently interpret and analyse service performance metrics, contributing to the development and design of performance, risk and project management reports. Who we are looking for… We are looking for someone with the knowledge and drive to support our Service to implement and improve our Performance and Risk Management. You will have the confidence and awareness to interpret and present performance and risk management information, as well as the experience to source and interpret large volumes of data into high quality management information to inform senior and service managers in a local authority and partnership context. You will have great written and verbal presentation skills and enjoy collating and analysing data to ensure that the service’s performance can be readily compared and understood.
