This is a full-time role, working an average 5-day week between 08:30 - 18:00 with every other weekend off.

About the role:
Our Sales and Retention Manager’s purpose is to develop Vantage’s name, group approach for customer retention, and ensure there is accountability at a centre level. This is to enable us to deliver consistency in approach and performance for retention, increasing customer lifetime value. The role will develop and execute renewal strategies and manage the tracking of retention activity within the centre. Our Finance Renewal Manager will support the centre in ensuring they are set up for success to deliver retention activity, building relationships and providing coaching to help them achieve their goals. This role will form part of the Sales Management team.

* Have outstanding stakeholder management, able to deliver results working with cross-functional teams
* Be proactive and independent, always looking for ways to improve existing processes
* Have creative, methodological problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills
* Be organized and able to balance multiple projects and requests
* You must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence
