Logical are working with a leading provider of infrastructure and civil engineering contractor, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team. The Role: As a Planning Coordinator, you will be a key part of the project team, responsible for ensuring that all planning, scheduling, and coordination activities run smoothly. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to support the delivery of projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: promote a positive, efficient and collaborative environment across the department and the wider business Actively work well as part of a team. Manage Assigned Work Streams from Cradle to grave Manage assigned inbox Create job on internal management system Contact Customer if Necessary Arrange Presite & Permit Checklist Check Availability, plan works and arrange required resource Book TM / Suspend Parking bays if required Submit Permit on Symology at the earliest possible opportunity Monitor permit, respond to any PMRs / Refusals ASAP. Request Line Searches and Follow up any Positive responses Create Safe-digs and upload to internal management system Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth delivery of works. Essential: Ability to deliver multiple/diverse work streams Ability to work well under challenging and changing situations Excellent time management skills Excellent communication Flexible approach to working hours to ensure the delivery of planned and unplanned activities.
