As the Hygiene Manager, you will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our facility during the night shift. Your attention to detail and strong leadership skills will ensure that our food production operations meet and exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of night shift sanitation and cleaning staff.
Develop and implement cleaning and sanitation schedules to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular inspections to evaluate the cleanliness and hygiene of equipment, production areas, and storage areas.
Identify and address any sanitation or hygiene issues promptly.
Train and educate employees on proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of cleaning and sanitation activities.
Conduct periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of the sanitation program.
Develop and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to hygiene and sanitation.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within the food production industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions.
Ability to train and educate staff on proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work night shifts.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
