As an Engineering business, having Engineers that can support a client through an entire project is key. This provides continuity to the clients and allows you to work in a variety of environments, moving from programming to project management, through to site visits.

Job Responsibilities:
Customer service work sees the engineer working with a variety of control systems, finding faults, and making changes as necessary. These include systems using Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, and others. The employee will be exposed to both the hardware and software sides of these systems depending on the type of support.
As the control systems world is rapidly changing, you'll work to keep up with the latest in terms of both hardware and software, using the newest and best-suited solutions for our and our customers' needs.
The Controls Engineer will join and build up the existing team of 10 and ideally will be someone who is passionate about engineering and who wants to get involved in a variety of projects and industries.
Experience Required:
The role requires an understanding of the project lifecycle from concept through to completion with some expertise in the following:
1. Front End consultancy using your Automation Expertise.
2. Control Engineering: Design, configuration of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, Testing and commissioning.
3. Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
4. Experience leading projects and working in a technical environment.
