Building services engineer

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a background in Building Services, Facilities &/or M&E to join our innovative business. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing various projects from initial inception through to final handover.

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive design solutions for complex and technically challenging environments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and representation of client interests.
• Take a leading role on technical solutions and guidance on project deliverables to Project Managers & Site Managers when required.

Requirements:
• Organisational skills and experience in CDM Projects in construction and building services.
• Knowledge of HV & DNO processes & procedures beneficial but not essential.
• AutoCAD and drawing package software experience and BS7671 18th Edition Wiring regulations knowledge.
