We are representing a fast-growing finance company looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone in their first or second job who is eager to develop a career in sales within financial services.
The Business Development Executive role offers full industry training through a graduate-style sales programme, providing a solid foundation in financial products and sales techniques. Candidates will start in an office-based telesales role and have the potential to transition into a field-based position after 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage with potential customers from an existing database.
* Qualify leads and pass for further development.
* Develop an understanding of finance products and sales processes.
* Refine and enhance individual sales skills through structured training and on-the-job learning.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
