Your new role
You will be responsible for liaising with numerous suppliers, subcontractors and clients to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring service level agreements are met.
What you'll need to succeed:
1. Repair and maintenance background
2. Strong communication skills
3. Basic building maintenance knowledge
4. Ability to prioritise works and ensure works in progress are appointed efficiently
5. Good level of written English
6. Strong IT skills
7. Ability to communicate with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
8. Passion for customer service
