Salary: £29,000 Benefits: Insurance and pension plansKey Responsibilities: Co-ordination of Services: Organise and allocate staff for services, liaising with customers to ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution Timesheet Management: Input timesheets on a daily basis to ensure accurate tracking of work completed Customer Communication: Regularly update customers, chase for order numbers, and ensure timely invoicing for completed jobs Estimates and Invoicing: Create and send estimates for additional work within 24 hours and invoice all completed work promptly.
