Role Accountabilities:
* Dealing with customer bookings/queries via telephone and email.
* Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence, documents, records, reports, and spreadsheets in support of the business.
* Capture and compile worked hours data for drivers.
* Coordinate and liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure that quotations are produced and sent to clients in a timely fashion.
* Manage and interpret customer requirements – liaising with the client to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
* Ensure information for invoicing is correct and supported by back-up information if necessary.
* Answer any telephone calls promptly.
* Help and support the drivers on a daily basis.
