Our client in Slimbridge, Gloucester is currently looking for an Administrator to join their inspiring and energetic team on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a lovely opportunity to work for an organisation whose aim is to create a feeling of community and belonging for their new and existing supporters. Key Responsibilities; -Respond to all incoming calls and email enquiries to the department -Maintaining records on CRM ensuring accurate and up to date information -Process member applications in a timely manner-Ensure Gift Aid declarations are maintained -Keep in contact with members and ensure materials are received after processing memberships -Assist with training of junior staff and volunteers as required Attributes; -Previous experience working in customer services or office environment -Excellent organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and specialist systems -Good communication skills and a positive attitude -Commitment to delivering high standards Hours; Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Salary; £24,000 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
