Lead Technical Consultant required for a leading SaaS organisation. The company, based in Altrincham are a software house with modern, data driven software solutions who are looking for a Lead Technical Consultant to join the team. They’ve grown a lot over the last few years and this role has come around due to further growth and success. The Role
The purpose of the role is to head up a small client facing function (leading a team of 2). As such strong communication & stakeholder management skills are an absolute must and they are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic consultant who has experience leading technical teams, projects and a customer centric approach.
As mentioned above, soft skills are paramount for this role, and they want to see a strong communicator who can demonstrate leadership capabilities. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and work with the team to implement tailored solutions accordingly. Someone will need to have strong experience troubleshooting Windows Servers, but some knowledge of Linux would be beneficial and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) would be a massive bonus too.
What’s On Offer?
The company are based on the outskirts of Manchester and have a flexible hybrid working policy. The expected days in the office are extremely flexible but these can vary week to week depending on meetings/ customer requirements. One week you may be expected in on consecutive days and the next week none at all so a flexible attitude towards this is required. Regarding salary they are willing to pay up to £55,000 for the right candidate and they boast excellent benefits, including a bonus of up to 10%, strong pension, private medical, life assurance and more.
