As the Studio/Fitness Manager, you’ll have the autonomy and support to lead a high-energy team, drive member engagement, and optimise both operations and sales performance.
Mission:
Your mission as Studio/Fitness Manager is to create a welcoming and high-performing environment where members can reach their fitness goals and team members excel. You’ll balance daily operations with strategic sales efforts to grow memberships, enhance member experiences, and maintain the studio’s high standards. Your role is key to fostering a culture of achievement, accountability, and motivation.
What You’ll Do:
Sales, Growth & Member Engagement
* Develop and implement sales strategies that drive membership growth, retention, and long-term community engagement.
* Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and follow-up to closing new memberships, providing exceptional service at each step.
* Engage with prospective members to understand their needs, presenting our programs and benefits with enthusiasm and confidence.
* Analyze sales metrics to track performance, adjust strategies as needed, and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
* Collaborate with HQ and marketing teams to execute local promotions, events, and outreach initiatives that attract and convert new members.
Studio Operations & Member Experience
* Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations to provide a top-quality experience for all members and prospective clients.
* Handle inquiries, address client feedback, and implement strategies for member retention and satisfaction.
* Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness, creating an inviting atmosphere that supports member success and staff productivity.
Team Leadership & Development
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled fitness professionals, cultivating a collaborative, member-focused environment.
* Motivate and inspire the team to deliver high-quality training sessions, ensuring alignment with Transform Hub’s core values.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create professional development opportunities for team members.
* Lead by example, occasionally delivering training sessions to engage members and reinforce Transform Hub’s mission.
Program Management & Member Retention
* Organize and manage group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and events to meet diverse member needs and goals.
* Monitor class attendance and member feedback, continually refining programs to maximize engagement and member retention.
* Build strong member relationships, fostering a sense of community and accountability that keeps clients committed and motivated.
Financial & Performance Management
* Track studio revenue, expenses, and sales performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
* Provide regular reports to HQ on membership growth, retention, and sales results, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities.
* Identify potential revenue growth opportunities, including memberships, add-on services, and merchandise sales.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in fitness management and sales, ideally in a high-growth or boutique fitness setting.
* Group fitness certification or personal training qualifications.
* Strong sales background with a focus on lead generation, conversions, and member retention.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to studio operations and member engagement.
* Proficiency with fitness software and sales management tools
