What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting young people in residential settings, ensuring their safety and well-being Building strong, positive connections to help them develop life skills and independence Creating a structured, therapeutic environment that fosters growth and healing Responding to challenges with patience, empathy, and professionalism Working closely with a team of professionals to implement individualised care plans You will be expected to travel up to a 1-hour radius from our head office in Baulkham Hills What We’re Looking For: A passion for working with young people and a genuine desire to make a difference The ability to stay calm, compassionate, and solution-focused in tough situations Minimum qualification: Diploma of Community Services (or currently studying) or related course or be eligible for an exemption. Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts A full, valid Australian Driver’s License, First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDISWSC & Working with Children Check Induction & Training Before starting in this role, successful candidates must attend a comprehensive 5-day induction program. This training is essential to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in your role. Induction dates will be from 5 th of May to 9 th of May at our Tamworth head office.
