Planning Solicitor, 4 PQE – Nottinghamshire – Leading regional law firm, due to expansion is looking to recruit an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their growing and established team. JOB TITLE: Planning Solicitor / Associate PQE: 4 LOCATION: Nottinghamshire SALARY: £Dependent on experience THE ROLE: The planning team is currently experiencing continuous growth and as a result they have identified the need for an additional Planning Solicitor to further the develop the existing offerings within the team. The successful Planning Solicitor can expect to deal with a strong client which includes both landowners and developers. The work is also varied and includes acting on s106, s38 and s272 agreements, renewable energy projects, mineral and extraction projects, acting on options, promotion or collaboration agreements to name but a few matters. THE CANDIDATE: The newly appointed Planning Solicitor will have the opportunity to work within a close-knit team partners developing new business leads and clients as well as taking on their own caseload of matters. The successful Planning Solicitor will have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in planning law and applications will be considered from Planning Solicitors. You will be an expert planning lawyer with a proven track record within planning law and excellent commercial acumen.
