So…. What is this role exactly?
This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our Executive and Senior Leadership Team, working alongside colleagues within our Governance department. Reporting to the Head of Governance, the role will significantly involve providing diary management and support to a number of executive and senior leaders, including the Chief Executive, and other related duties such as attending and taking minutes of strategic internal and external meetings and other wider support activities.
We are looking for someone experienced as a personal assistant or secretary at a senior level, with a passion for what they do and who shares our YHG values.
What will my working week look like?
You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses when needed. Realistically, you will be required to visit our Head Office approximately once a week and may be asked to attend meetings offsite.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will work support a number of senior leaders with proactive diary management, arranging travel and expenses, and administer, co-ordinate and minute any strategic internal groups. You will also undertake any addition administrative support, including the Out of Hours service rota and any other support, as required, to either the Governance or other Directorate teams.
One of the great things about this role is the direct interaction you will have with colleagues at all levels around the business, whilst working as part of a friendly and supportive team.
