Our client is seeking to recruit a Development Consultant. You will be joining a leader in outdoor advertising. This is a key role within our team for future development, working with the Development Director to develop and manage the company portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage current site contracts and renewals relating to the company portfolio.
* Develop the company portfolio by identifying new locations for development and expansion of opportunities within current contracts.
* Survey and prepare AutoCAD drawings for new locations or liaise with third-party suppliers regarding the same.
* Prepare and submit planning applications for new locations and communicate with all relevant authorities.
* Manage the profitability of the current company portfolio.
* Maintain the industry measurement database for all sites within the company portfolio.
* Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, managing agents, and developers.
* Present ideas to Senior Management on commercial opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 2 years relevant working experience in a similar business role.
* IT literate and confident when using Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook.
* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
* A level of understanding of planning legislation.
The Person:
* Suits a motivated individual who has a background in estate management and development.
* Flexible approach to working hours.
* Work independently under own initiative while having experience of working with others.
* Awareness of the commercial opportunities within the media industry in Northern Ireland.
* Clean Driving License and/or strong geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland.
* Self-motivated individual with the ability to successfully organise, prioritise, and manage multiple projects.
* Creative, imaginative, and innovative.
* Comfortable working under pressure.
* Driven personality with the desire to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.
* Ability to deal with a broad range of individuals and organisations.
* Capable of building strong commercial proposals and finalising contracts.
* Empathy with and understanding of the company principles.
