Description and Requirements
The Consumer Account Manager is responsible for the further development and managing of Consumer Telco and Retail partner’s across the UK & Ireland.
They are proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and develop effective long-term business relationships at the level with key decision makers and influencers both internally and externally.
Identifies and prioritises Lenovo opportunities and develops lasting agreements and commitments.
Lenovo seeks a Consumer Account Manager who will continue to drive growth and acquire new business across current and new partners utilising the PC and Tablet portfolio.
Position Responsibilities
1. Deliver Lenovo goals across key metrics (Revenue / Margin / Market Share growth)
2. Build & Execute Inhouse and customer “Joint Business Plans” supporting key metric.
3. Responsible for training key customers, providing them with sales tools, unique messaging,
4. sales guidance and market insights.
5. RTM analyses, review Lenovo in house shares within all retailers, create action plans and execution to drive opportunity and growth.
6. Work with UKI product management to determine appropriate product line-up, price propositions by customer.
7. Manage Lenovo product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis.
8. Establish the brand name as well recognized and esteemed in the UK&I market..
9. Take the lead in identifying and securing new retailer partners within the UK&I market.
10. Identify and develop B2B sales channels within all UKI operator markets, driving Lenovo commercial opportunities.
11. Proven ability to build relationships & negotiate with Key Decision makers and multiple verticals.
12. Established capability to manage multiple consumer channels and propositions to ensure minimum conflict.
Position Requirements
13. 3-5 years’ experience in IT Industry and Sales.
14. Self-motivated and pro-active mentality.
15. Commercial understanding of the UK Telecoms market, Operators and MVNO’s
16. Requires travel.
