Job Title: Recovery Coordinator
Service: BAND – Living Well
Salary: £28,598 - £31,384 FTE per annum
Location: Bolton BL4 (Based within NHS Living Well Team)
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) - We offer flexible working arrangements.

Living Well is a transformative programme designed to improve mental health services for individuals in Bolton. The role of Recovery Coordinator will be hosted by Family Action and will be part of the Living Well Team.
We are looking for someone with knowledge and understanding of Mental Health conditions and their impact on daily living, and a strong track record of working with individuals and their families to deliver positive outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Line manage a team of Recovery workers, providing high-quality supervision and line management while carrying a small caseload of clients.
2. Attend Living Well meetings, including multi-disciplinary team meetings and leadership meetings.
3. Develop and maintain positive professional working relationships and referral pathways to local statutory and community-based services.
Main Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal, consultation, and holistic assessment skills.
2. An interest in working with people to make sustainable positive changes.
3. An effective communicator who works in a person-centred way.
4. Knowledge of Mental Health conditions and strategies to improve health and wellbeing.
5. Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service – Enhanced Adult workforce.
