Pension Audit Assistant Manager
Due to the strong growth and expansion of our client, a Pension Audit Assistant Manager is needed to join their established team based in Banbury.
This role will involve working closely with the Management and Associate Team to assist with managing the pension audit and assurance teams.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of clients;
* Developing and implementing effective audit strategies;
* Coordinating audits and ensuring timely delivery;
* Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven track record in pension audit or assurance;
* Strong leadership and management skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
