Job Summary
The Wellbeing Caseworker will play a key role in providing comprehensive one to one support sessions for women, to identify and address non-medical factors which may be impacting on individual health outcomes. Working closely with the Listening Ear volunteers and the Wellbeing Coordinator, they will empower women to co-produce person-centred support plans, using the principles of hope, agency and opportunity.
With the Wellbeing Coordinator, the Wellbeing Caseworker will develop and facilitate group sessions, promoting co-production across all aspects of the Wellbeing Service and providing advocacy support where needed.
