Main duties of the job
The post will be based on Alder Ward in Norwich. You will work as a member of the therapy team on the ward where you will support the registered Physiotherapists/Occupational Therapists and Band 4 Assistant Practitioner. Your main duties will involve reviewing mobility, transfers, personal activities of daily living and exercise programmes as appropriate. You will be responsible for feeding back details of each patient's progress to other members of the therapy team.

* oNVQ 2 in health and social care or equivalent experience
