Main duties of the job
Facilities Services is an NHS job within the ROE agreement, you will be managed by Aramark, delivering soft FM services within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, across Nottinghamshire.
We are looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant who will provide a clean, safe environment at our Highbury units. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high quality service within our domestic/portering service which includes using machinery, delivering food trolleys, curtain changes, PPMs, parcel/mail delivery, pharmaceutical deliveries, laundry deliveries and covering domestics on the wards.
Job responsibilities
The hours will be 30 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days from 10am to 4pm at Highbury Hospital site. Applicants will mainly be response which may include covering domestic/portering shifts. The ability to work effectively and flexibly, both alone and as part of a team, maintaining a high standard of work will be essential.

Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change.
