Your role No standard sales conversations, this is about truly understanding customer challenges. You demonstrate how our dock levellers, industrial doors, and advanced shelters improve logistics efficiency and reliability. By listening carefully and thinking strategically, you build a strong network and ensure customers keep coming back to you.
Your key responsibilities:
* Expanding your network within the construction and logistics sectors, including contractors, architects, and developers.
* Selling proven loading solutions that optimize business operations.
* Managing sales processes from initial contact to successful implementation.
* Negotiating and establishing long-term partnerships.
* Identifying and capitalizing on market developments.

What you bring You understand customer needs and know how to build long-term relationships. With your commercial mindset and strong market insight, you close deals through technical advice, strategic relationship management, and selling solutions like dock levellers, industrial doors, and shelters.
You also bring:
* At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within construction, logistics, or a technical sector.
* Strong networking skills and experience with complex sales processes.
* A track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
* Technical understanding and the ability to clearly and convincingly explain complex loading solutions.
What you can expect from us Together with an experienced sales team, we aim to double our sales within three years. With a market share of less than 10% and strong manufacturing and support teams backing you, you’ll have the resources to achieve this growth. Here’s what we offer in return:
* Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 gross per year.
* Attractive performance-based bonus scheme.
* 35-hour workweek.
* 25 vacation days per year, including 3 days during the Christmas period, plus national holidays.
* Option to purchase up to 5 extra vacation days per year.
* Possibility to carry over or cash out unused vacation days.
* Additional leave for special circumstances.
* Remote work: Our headquarters is in Huddersfield, but you will primarily work remotely. Hybrid work is possible after your probation period.
* Your sales region: Midlands.
* Company car allowance of approximately £800 per month for a petrol, hybrid, or fully electric vehicle.

* Full salary payment for 8 weeks in case of illness, followed by 50% payment for another 8 weeks after the probation period.
