Management, development and accountability for the Business Specialist Dealer network within territory. The post holder must be living within the defined region, or willing to relocate. This region covers all of North London, East Anglia and some parts of the Home Counties England and will involve extensive UK travel. Key responsibilities include: To be responsible for the sales of new Kia vehicles to businesses and fleet companies within a defined territory, via the Kia Dealer network. To promote, foster, and maintain business relationships with Kia UK Limited fleet customers that delivers volume of fleet sales within 12 months based on business plan Achievement of customer contact and activity targets as defined by the annual objective setting process. Management and development of the Business Specialist Dealer Programme within region To develop incremental and innovative routes to the fleet market via the Kia UK dealer network To ensure all sales and cost activities are within Kia UK financial parameters Develop incremental and innovative routes to the fleet market via the Kia UK dealer network Generate ad-hoc reports as required supporting the fleet department’s objectives Taking responsibility for continuous personal development in line with Company objectives Identifying own development needs and ensuring that all planned activities are evaluated by self and line manager in accordance with appropriate procedures To assist with month end forecasts and work with RBM team to ensure maximum stock utilisation by fleet customers To incorporate the new PBV product portfolio into all fleet discussions and offerings About You Desirable - Excellent knowledge and understanding of the motor industry Desirable – Good understanding of the automotive supply chain Desirable – Knowledge and understanding of the UK fleet and business sales marketplace Skills: Problem solving ability Flexible and positive attitude Well-developed negotiation and inter-personal skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent level of numeracy commensurate with being able to construct accurate financial proposals Must be self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident Must display a high standard of personal presentation and integrity PC literate on office applications to an advanced level Must have a valid UK driving license We recognise that there may be a number of ways to meet our requirements.
