Location:Hybrid - 1 day a week on site
Salary:£32,000 - £33,000

If you’re a HR Advisor who loves employee relations, then this is one for you, this is a HR Advisor role managing complex employee relations, a varied role where every day is different.
The role:
* Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice
* You will advise on issues such as conduct, performance, absence, grievances, disciplinaries.
* Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc
* Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on all aspects of HR policy and practice
* You’ll manage a high number of cases and will be very used to working in a fast environment providing accurate, risk-based advice.
