There will be opportunity for overtime. Kingsnorth Medical Practice is located in a semi-rural location. Process the prescription request from patients and pharmacies, these are received in paper and electronic methods and ensure the prescription is turned around in the 3 working day expectation. Answer Practice phone calls and email queries relating to prescriptions from patients, pharmacies and other outside care organisations. Responsible for processing, highlighting and forwarding clinical documents to the relevant clinician for their review. Action any additional task sent back from the clinician following the review of the clinical document. Ensure that all non-clinical paperwork received by the Practice is processed and given to the most appropriate member of staff for action.
